Tom is a multi-award winner with HomeLife/Bayview Realty, the #1 office in Canada for 25 consecutive years. Tom has numerous years of real estate experience, gained entirely in the Greater Toronto Area. He specializes in purchasing and selling single-family homes, condominiums and commercial properties. 

In 2007, Tom was the host and Broker speaker of the RBC Financial Group real estate seminars. The seminars here held monthly to educate homeowners and buyers in the process of selling, buying and investing in real estate. 

In 2009, Tom was once again the host and Broker speaker of the National Bank of Canada real estate seminars. These monthly seminars also focused on the process of selling, buying and investing in real estate. 

In 2010, Tom organized and hosted the "Come Plant a Tree" event for the grand opening of the "Saigeon Trail" in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Neighborhood children were given the opportunity to plant and name a tree of their own. They were awarded with a "certificate" for their contribution to the environment. Over 200 trees and shrubs were donated by Tom. Environmentally friendly.
